THE SITE
Croucher Vineyard – Whitlands, King Valley. Vineyard site is at approximately 780m.
WINEMAKING
Handpicked and destemmed directly to small open fermenters as whole berry, with the inclusion of a small amount of whole bunch. Fermented using indigenous yeast and hand plunged twice daily. Pressed at completion of primary ferment to French oak puncheons. Small component fermented separately - 100% whole bunch, with 1% added at blending. Approximately 5% new oak.

Fresh aromas, laced with subtle earthiness.
